Conclusion of Distance Selling:

To order a product online, the customer must add it to their cart. Then, they choose the delivery method, fill in their personal information, and select a payment method. To complete the order, the customer must click the "Payment" button and make the payment (unless payment is scheduled upon delivery). For phone orders, customers can call +32 472 29 29 09, and a representative will guide them through the purchasing process. The product catalog and descriptions on www.Mixbaz.com do not constitute a binding offer. Therefore, merely ordering a product on our website or by phone does not form a sales contract. The sale will only be concluded upon receipt of the confirmation email. Customers without an email address may receive a confirmation SMS for their order by phone.

Transfer of Ownership:

Contrary to Article 1583 of the Civil Code, the sold, delivered, or installed goods remain our exclusive property until full payment of our invoices. Despite this retention of ownership, all risks of loss and damage related to the relevant goods are transferred to the customer upon possession.

Delivery Time:

Please refer to the delivery time on the delivery and return page. Due to reasons such as stock depletion, logistical or other issues, orders may be delayed. MixBaz reserves the right to extend the delivery period up to 90 days. If the order has not reached its destination within this period, the customer will be refunded the full amount of their order after verifying the delivery status with the logistics service.

Warranty Conditions for Consumers

Legal Warranty for Consumers:
For consumers, the legal warranty of 2 years applies.

a) This warranty only covers conformity defects existing at the time of the delivery of the goods. Therefore, the following are excluded:

  • Any direct or indirect damage caused to the product after delivery (e.g., by oxidation, impact, falling, etc.);
  • The replacement of elements or accessories that require regular renewal;
  • Damages resulting from fire, water damage, lightning, an accident, a natural disaster;
  • Defects caused expressly or negligently, by improper treatment, poor maintenance, or abnormal or non-compliant use according to the manufacturer's specifications;
  • Damages resulting from commercial, professional, or collective use.

b) Conformity defects must be reported within two months of their discovery.

c) Any request for intervention must be addressed to our after-sales service. When the customer directly contacts the manufacturer within the warranty period, the associated costs are at their expense. If the customer contacts the manufacturer directly, the warranty benefits from MixBaz.com are canceled.

For large appliances, the customer will communicate their decision to withdraw in writing within 14 days from the delivery date, either by email to support@mixbaz.be, or by phone at +32 472 29 29 09. An appointment will then be scheduled for the collection of the appliance. A fee of €140 (€190 for American refrigerators) must be paid by the customer for transportation costs. Built-in appliances must be disassembled in advance by the customer for transportation.
